How to use the OkeyHaul Spreadsheetfrom a list of links to one parcel

Most people do not fail at “finding a hoodie.” They fail at treating discovery, purchasing, QC and freight as one blurry checkout. This page keeps those stages separate so you know what you are paying for — and when you still have leverage.

What you are actually using

OkeyHaul Spreadsheet (this site) is a research layer: categories, product finds, and guides. It does not charge your card for goods and does not store parcels.

OkeyHaul the agent is a purchasing + forwarding service (public company context: EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED, UK-registered). You give it a China marketplace link; it buys, receives in warehouse, photographs for visual QC, stores, then ships what you select. Published handling targets often cited on the official site are on the order of purchase within ~12 hours, QC within ~3 hours, packing within ~4 hours — targets, not SLAs. Seller delay and warehouse load move the real calendar.

Storage is commonly described as about 90 days from stored status. Past that without action, goods may be treated as abandoned. Confirm the clock in your own account — do not rely on a blog’s memory of the number.

The mental model: many purchases, one parcel

Paste four links and you typically create four purchase orders. Each is paid on its own, travels to the warehouse on its own, and gets its own QC gallery. Only later do you tick shippable lines into one parcel. International freight, packing fees and parcel extras attach to that second object — not to each find card on this site.

Deep dives: Fees (Bill 1 vs Bill 2) · Shipping / volumetric · QC decisions.

Step 1 — Verify before you paste

A spreadsheet row is a lead. Open the destination. Confirm domain, title, seller, option selector, stock, and China domestic shipping for that option. Yupoo albums are galleries — you still need a purchase URL the agent can process (Taobao / Tmall / Weidian / 1688 / others depending on current support). If the auto-reader fails, use the custom order form with exact specs.

  • Screenshot the option + price + size chart you will order.
  • Note preorder / made-to-order / no-return flags.
  • If the link is dead or swapped — stop. See the W2C guide.

Worked example — sizing a hoodie before you pay

Listing offers Grey/M (chest 53 cm flat) and Grey/L (56 cm). Your favourite hoodie measures 55 cm. Spreadsheet thumbnail says “oversized” with no chart.

Wrong: order M because the photo “looks big,” or order from a different grey row that looks similar.
Right: pick L from the chart you saved, submit that exact option, then in QC demand a chest/length measurement photo if the warehouse set is only lifestyle angles.

Step 2 — Submit the purchase carefully

At checkout, lock colour / size / qty first, then read the money lines: goods, domestic to warehouse, service fee / FX, channel surcharge. Remarks fields matter for preorders or sizing notes. Offline or unsupported links: ask support for a quote before paying — do not discover rejection after the balance moves.

Multi-seller trap: five Weidian shops = five domestic legs into the warehouse. Your “cheap finds” can still stack ¥10–¥30 domestic each. Estimate that on the fees page before you top up once for “the whole haul.”

Step 3 — QC is your last cheap undo

When photos land, match them to the order line — not to a Discord album from 2024. Visual QC catches wrong colour, wrong size tag, missing accessory, obvious damage. It does not prove authenticity, fabric life, or that a sealed gadget powers on.

Incomplete angles → request remakes while stored. Wrong item → return/exchange path. Acceptable → mark shippable. Detailed category checklists: QC guide.

Worked example — six sellers, one parcel (why consolidate)

Six Weidian links, six purchase orders, six arrivals over 8–14 days. Ship each internationally the day it lands: six base freights, six trackings, six customs touches.

Hold all six through QC, then one carton: one international base, one tracking. You pay storage attention (and possibly volume) instead of repeating outbound minimums. That is the point of an agent warehouse — not “free magic shipping.”

Step 4 — Build the parcel like an audit

Select only approved lines. Ask for packing choices that matter (shoe box in/out, compression if offered). Read the quote: actual kg vs volumetric kg, route, declared value, compensation exclusions, coupons. Lines often bill max(actual, volumetric). A 4 kg hoodie haul in a huge carton can quote like 12 kg — math on the shipping guide.

Carrier loss/damage is typically under the route’s compensation rules, with agent support assisting the claim — not automatic full retail insurance. Keep QC set + waybill + tracking in one folder before you pay.

Failure cases (and what to do)

Pre-flight checklist

  • Every link opened today — not from memory.
  • Bill 1 estimated with domestic + fee/FX buffer.
  • QC angles defined per category before photos arrive.
  • Bill 2 reserved separately; volume risks noted (boxes, coats).
  • Country / restricted items checked for perfume, batteries, etc.

FAQ

Is the OkeyHaul Spreadsheet the same as checkout?+

No. This site is a finds catalogue and guide. Purchasing, warehouse QC, storage and international shipping happen in the order flow you open in a new tab.

Why do four links feel like four separate orders?+

Because they are. Each pasted link becomes its own purchase: its own payment, domestic shipping to the warehouse, and arrival clock. Only later do you choose which stored items share one international parcel.

What is the single most expensive mistake?+

Paying international freight on items you have not actually approved in QC — especially wrong sizes — or budgeting only spreadsheet row prices and forgetting domestic fees + volumetric shipping.
